Goldie Harvey (1983-2013) was a Nigerian singer and actress from Rivers State who was one of the most glamorous entertainers of her era. She gained recognition as a contestant on Big Brother Africa and built a successful music career with her flamboyant Afropop style. Her sudden death in February 2013 at age 31, shortly after returning from the Grammy Awards, was a devastating loss for Nigerian entertainment.
