Steve Monite (born Steve Nnamdi Iloke) is a Nigerian musician and actor from Anambra State known for his 1983 electronic funk song 'Only You' which became an underground classic decades after its release. The song gained renewed global attention when it was sampled and included in international compilations of African electronic music, earning Monite belated international recognition as a pioneer of Nigerian electronic music.
