The Cavemen. are a Nigerian highlife duo from Lagos consisting of brothers Benjamin Amaechi Obika and Kingsley Amaechi Obika. They are widely celebrated for reviving contemporary highlife for a new generation with their 2019 debut EP 'Roots.' Their lush, horn-driven sound drawing from classic Nigerian highlife earned them critical acclaim and numerous award nominations. They represent one of the most exciting artistic statements about Nigerian musical identity in recent years.
