Tobi Adeyemi, known as tobi lou, is a Nigerian-American singer, rapper, and producer born in Lagos and raised in Chicago who first pursued a career in professional baseball before transitioning to music after injuries ended his athletic ambitions. He gained widespread attention with his 2018 EP tobi lou and the Loop, which featured the TikTok-viral and RIAA gold-certified song "Buff Baby," and released his debut studio album Non-Perishable in 2022.
