Biography

Peter King is a Nigerian highlife guitarist who was central to the formation of the Lagos music scene in the 1970s, working alongside Fela Kuti and contributing to the Afrobeat movement. His guitar mastery has been recognized by music historians as an important component of early Afrobeat's guitar-driven sound.
